Overview

PK Innovations LLC ("PK Innovations", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit pkinnovations.com, contact us, use our consumer apps (including Auto Desktop Cleaner), or interact with our internal tools that connect to third-party platforms such as Apple, Amazon, and Meta.

By using our website or apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Our internal-use applications are not distributed to the public, are not used to collect data about third parties, and only access PK Innovations' own accounts on each platform.

Information You Provide

You may provide information when you contact us, request support, or communicate with us by email. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company information, and message content.

Auto Desktop Cleaner does not require an account. If you enable AI-powered naming, you provide your own OpenAI API key inside the app. The key is stored locally in macOS Keychain.

Apple Apps (Auto Desktop Cleaner and Others)

Apps that PK Innovations publishes through the Apple App Store or Mac App Store follow Apple's privacy and security requirements in addition to this policy.

Auto Desktop Cleaner Data Handling

Auto Desktop Cleaner organizes files only in folders you explicitly choose. The app stores settings, folder rules, security-scoped folder permissions, and audit history locally on your Mac.

If AI-powered naming is enabled, the app may send file names, text excerpts, PDF text excerpts, and generated image thumbnails to OpenAI to suggest filenames. You can disable AI naming and use folder rules without sending file content to OpenAI.

We do not sell data from Auto Desktop Cleaner. We do not operate user accounts for the app, and we do not receive your OpenAI API key through the app. The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Apple Platform Data

When you download or use our apps from Apple's stores, Apple may process information such as your Apple ID, device identifiers, purchase history, app usage diagnostics, and crash reports under Apple's own privacy policy. We may receive aggregated or anonymized App Store analytics and crash reports from Apple to improve the apps.

Amazon API Integrations (Internal Use Only)

PK Innovations maintains internal-use applications that connect to Amazon platforms such as the Amazon Advertising API and the Amazon Selling Partner API. These applications are used solely to manage PK Innovations' own Amazon accounts and the accounts of clients who have explicitly authorized PK Innovations to manage on their behalf.

These integrations are not distributed to the public, do not collect data about end shoppers, and do not enrich, resell, or share Amazon-derived data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

OAuth Authorization Helper

The OAuth helper pages at pkinnovations.com/v1/oauth/amazon-ads/callback, pkinnovations.com/v1/oauth/shopify/callback, pkinnovations.com/leadconnector/oauth, and pkinnovations.com/oauth/upwork/callback exist only to display short-lived authorization codes returned at the end of OAuth flows. These pages do not store codes, do not transmit them to any server we operate, and do not place tracking cookies. The authorized operator then pastes the code into our internal Agent Console to complete the token exchange.

Data Handling

Tokens, refresh tokens, and any Amazon data retrieved through these APIs are stored in PK Innovations' internal systems with access restricted to authorized PK Innovations personnel. Data is used only for the purpose for which the account holder authorized access (e.g. campaign management, reporting, inventory operations) and is retained only as long as needed for that purpose or to satisfy legal requirements.

Meta API Integrations (Internal Use Only)

PK Innovations maintains internal-use applications that connect to Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business) through the Meta Marketing API, Meta Graph API, and related APIs. These applications are used solely to manage PK Innovations' own Meta business assets and the assets of clients who have explicitly authorized PK Innovations to manage on their behalf.

These integrations are not distributed to the public, do not collect data about end users of Meta platforms beyond what is necessary to operate the authorized accounts, and do not enrich, resell, or share Meta-derived data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes outside the authorized account.

Data Handling

Access tokens and any Meta data retrieved through these APIs are stored in PK Innovations' internal systems with access restricted to authorized PK Innovations personnel. Data is used only for the purpose for which the account holder authorized access (e.g. ad campaign management, audience management, reporting) and is retained only as long as needed for that purpose or to satisfy legal or platform requirements.

If the authorizing account is disconnected or access is revoked through Meta's Business Settings, PK Innovations will stop accessing the account and will delete or anonymize data sourced from that account on request, per the procedure in our Data Deletion Instructions.

Website Data

When you visit pkinnovations.com, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and similar log data for security, diagnostics, and site performance. The website does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site tracking.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve our website, apps, and support; manage authorized third-party platform integrations on behalf of PK Innovations and its clients; respond to messages; maintain security; troubleshoot issues; and comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, email, app distribution, and AI processing. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention

We retain contact and support information only as long as needed for business, support, legal, or security purposes. Auto Desktop Cleaner stores app data locally until you change settings, clear data, or uninstall/remove the app's container data.

Tokens and platform data obtained through internal Amazon and Meta integrations are retained only as long as the underlying authorization is active or as required to meet legal, accounting, or platform obligations. They are deleted on revocation or on verified deletion request.

Children's Privacy

Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights and Choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. In Auto Desktop Cleaner, you can disable AI-powered naming, change selected folders, remove your OpenAI API key, or delete local app data from your Mac.

If you authorized PK Innovations to access an Amazon or Meta account on your behalf, you can revoke that access at any time through the platform's own controls (Amazon's Login with Amazon settings or Meta Business Settings) and you can request deletion of the data PK Innovations retained from that account. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the exact procedure.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information under our control, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secret storage in OS-level keychains where applicable, restricted access to internal systems, and security headers on this website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
